I’m thrilled to share that I, Thomas O’Grady, have taken on the role of Head of Coaching & Training for Motorcycling Ireland.
With 28 years of racing experience, it’s a privilege to help shape the future of our sport and support the next generation of riders.
Over the last year, I’ve been working extremely hard — alongside a brilliant group of people — to design a brand-new, fully detailed MCI Coaching Programme. This programme covers all disciplines in Irish motorcycling and represents a major step forward in creating a consistent, high-quality coaching pathway nationwide.
And now… it’s officially ready to go! 🔥🙌
First MCI Level One Coaching Course
17th January 2026 – Tullamore Court Hotel
This will be the very first delivery of our new coaching syllabus, and we’re excited to begin certifying the first wave of Level One MCI Coaches.
There’s a huge journey ahead, but I’m incredibly excited for the future and proud of what we’re building together. This is all about creating a stronger, safer, and brighter future for Irish motorcycling.
